i came across Valerii some months back. first impression he actually understands how web3 projects work from the inside. not the usual surface talk, but real depth. he knows the details of tokenomics, project mechanics, communities. you can tell it comes from real experience, not just theory. what i respect is that he is straight, no overcomplication. when it comes to web3 projects, his view is always clear and grounded. for me, he is one of those people in web3 you can trust.

I met Valerii during one of the early web3 community sprints and since then I have always respected his way of working he does not just test or click through tasks he understands the logic behind each step. when something breaks he investigates when something works he finds a way to improve it that mindset makes him stand out in any project. besides being skilled he is genuinely supportive never competitive always cooperative. working with him means growing together

I have known Valery for quite a long time, and during all this time he had good projects with good drops and bad projects with bad drops, but even after bad drops he was never disappointed and continued and continues to work, and always encourages his friends in the crypto community, you can always rely on him and trust him, currently he is working on such projects as OP_NE, Etos and Forte Protocol.
