"A person who motivates"

I know Valery as a person who always does more than is expected of him. He doesn't limit himself to simply participating in a drop or testing a function; he goes deeper and really analyzes the project. It is thanks to his perseverance that we have repeatedly found ourselves among those who received the best results. I would like to separately note his human qualities - calmness, friendliness, and willingness to help, even if it is difficult for him. And this is a rarity that I really appreciate.
