I have known Roman for over a year, and I can say that he is a unique case in web3. His main job is to operate a tower crane. When I found out about this, I asked him how he combines it with various projects. He replied that if you really want something, you will find time for it. Even though I don't like Monad and its whole ecosystem, I hope this guy gets a good drop for his efforts. If he doesn't earn his first 5-figure drop from Monad, I don't even know how to believe in big investments after that (though I haven't believed in them for a long time).
