I got introduced Vaibhav through the Talus community, and what stood out early was his consistency. He’s not just active for the sake of being seen — he regularly shares useful, well-thought content that actually helps others. When I first met Vaibhav, he was just a contributor like me but his consistent work, contributions and honesty helped him earn the moderator role. Vaibhav is good person with good heart. i meet him in a web3 discord server he was a active contributor then he become a mod there so he lead us in the server as a mod and he also manage the regional channel in the dc server ..any problem when we discuss with him he solve it very quickly. we discuss daily in our server .

Vaibhav was a Hindi community mod in the web3 Talus project. The Hindi community included India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. That project scammed the community, but Vaibhav was working on a salary, so he couldn't do much and saved his job. Overall, he gained basic skills to become a mod in any project. Vaibhav bhai is a man of quality and a truly talented leader. He's a multitasking genius and a quick learner who became my early mentor in my Web3 journey. I've learned so much from him.
