"A Fellow Regional Community Manager"
He is a colleague of mine with whom I manage a community in the Indonesia region. From the first time working together, it was clear that he is someone who is bright, approachable, and genuinely easy to work with. His way of speaking, both in public settings and daily discussions, reflects strong communication skills and confidence—qualities that are essential for a Community Manager.
During his time as a CM in the Indonesia region, he consistently showed solid management skills and a high level of commitment to the community. He takes his responsibilities seriously, understands how to handle people with different backgrounds, and knows how to keep a community engaged and moving forward. I wouldn’t be surprised if he takes on another CM role in the future, and I truly hope our paths cross again in another project.
We have collaborated on several projects, which allowed me to see his capabilities firsthand. He is highly skilled in creating digital art, educational content, and event banners, and he performs naturally as an AMA host. Beyond that, he has a strong understanding of the web3 space and is particularly good at analyzing projects with real potential—able to see not just the hype, but the fundamentals behind them.
What also sets him apart is his versatility. He is comfortable speaking in public, knows how to deliver ideas clearly, and brings positive energy to any room. On a more personal note, he is also musically talented and enjoys singing, which adds another layer to his personality and makes him even more relatable within the community.
Outside of the web3 world, he is currently pursuing higher education at one of the leading universities. For anyone looking to learn, seek advice, or simply have a meaningful discussion, there’s no need to feel hesitant. He’s open, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive. Without a doubt, he is someone worth connecting and growing with.
