He is someone I will described as actively involved and always present, I see how he is always consistent and I am always motivated to do more .

Posh is a genuine and helpful person in this space. Always supportive and consistently puts me on alphas and goes out of his way to assist with testnets. Having someone like him around makes the whole space feel easier to navigate.

I met him in a DAO some time ago, and since then he has been nothing but kind to me. From the very beginning, he made it easy for me to feel comfortable asking questions, no matter how small or confusing they might be. A lot of times in this space, people get busy or impatient, but with him it’s different. Whenever I don’t understand something, he takes his time to explain it in a way I can follow, and he never makes me feel bad for not knowing. What really stands out to me is how patient he is. I can ask the same thing more than once, and instead of getting annoyed, he’ll go over it again until I truly understand. That’s not something you see every day, and I don’t take it for granted. His kindness and willingness to help have made a big difference for me, because learning in this space can be overwhelming at times. I honestly appreciate having him around. It feels good to know that whenever I’m confused or unsure, there’s someone I can turn to who won’t get tired of helping me. It might seem like a small thing, but for me, it means a lot.
