I first met Rykz when he was handling Discord security. His deep knowledge in keeping communities safe immediately stood out. That expertise led us to bring him on as a community manager, and from there, he’s grown into a powerhouse project manager at Surgence, now working across multiple clients. Rykz truly excels at what he does and wears multiple hats with ease. Be like Rykz!

Ryze is one of the best project manager around, and on top of that with one of our oldest partner, Surgence. The level of professionalism that this guy brings into the space makes him a gem in any project. Getting to know him more in Cerebro, and my impression of him just gets better everyday.

I’ve been close friends with Rykz for over a year now, and in that time, I’ve watched him work tirelessly as a community manager. From delegating tasks to the team to engaging with the community and pulling late-night shifts. He’s an incredible conceptualizer and the perfect person to bounce ideas off - you can literally hear the excitement in his voice as ideas start to take shape. What a man, one of the people that I respect the most in the space. That's a professional! Don't get me wrong you can definitely have a laugh with the guy, but when it comes to everything he does work wise, can't get better than that. He's not just hard working, he's simply good at what it does, and it shows. You can tell the character on Rykz not just from he work stuff, anyone can do that. But the dude did 75 HARD(if you don't know it look it up), TWICE! Now that's a man with discipline if ever seen one. But yeah other than that he's obviously genuine too, offers help and opportunities even when you don't ask for it yourself. Love the man.
