I'd been following Rndmtr on several projects: I'd been doing the bare bones of them, while he'd delve deeper. We rarely interacted, just small talk in chat, but recently we got chatting, and I was captivated by his story. Scrolling through my X feed, I saw how deeply invested he was in ZenChain, Poseidon, Rialo. He's friendly, has a sharp mind, and is always on top of things, easy to work with: he motivates, shares insights, and isn't afraid of challenges. I would be glad if we have more joint projects.

We met in a general interest chat, where I learned the whole story. failures in trading did not break him - and he began to look for himself in other areas of cryptocurrency, and now he is developing himself on Twitter, making really cool content about projects, include Portal to Bitcoin, That's where I first met him.

Young, energetic, positive? Everything? No... Creative in his approach to choosing a project and creating content, introduced to Discord half a year ago in the Bera project. People trust him in his style. I follow him on Twitter. He will always help in solving problems, sometimes I turn to him.

I know this guy, and he’s the definition of potential in the crypto space. He came in at one of the hardest moments - right when the Trump token launched and the market was buzzing with hype. Most people would’ve burned out fast, but he stayed. Even after buying the tops on spot and seeing futures go red, he didn’t quit. Instead, he pivoted. He picked up BNB, Solana, and ETH to hold long term. In April, he started exploring testnets, and by May he was grinding even harder, trying to master the mechanics. He faced plenty of setbacks — “not eligible” tags on TGEs, confusing systems, mistakes in the early days -but none of that stopped him. He’s been banned on Twitter twice, muted once, and still kept coming back. That takes more than interest — that takes real resilience. Every time he gets knocked down, he adjusts, learns, and returns sharper. This is why I believe he’s a newcomer with huge promise. He works hard, never gives up, and continues to push forward no matter what. If he keeps this mindset, he’s not just going to survive in crypto - he’s going to thrive.

At a hackathon, while most people were focused on coding, he kept diving into the latest Web3 papers, Discord threads, and GitHub repos. Suddenly, he found a brand-new tool that nobody else had heard of yet and suggested trying it out. It ended up saving the team hours of work and gave their project a unique edge. Everyone joked that having him around was like having a built-in research engine.

We became cowboys back in our childhood when we were in the Sahara project, flying as if we were level 100, and they gave us $600 for it.

Talking to him is a real pleasure! He's the kind of person who turns a simple group into a lively, energetic community. He's always available, always in the loop, and genuinely enjoys helping others figure out complex things. Even though he recently started his journey in web3, it seems like he already knows absolutely everything and always comes to the rescue with valuable advice. His introduction to crypto didn’t start with the best choice - futures. Unfortunately, without experience in this area, he had to face early setbacks. The first projects he participated in also passed him by when it came to drops. At this point, many would have probably given up and, as they say in crypto slang, “gone back to the factory.” But he didn’t give up. He stubbornly continues toward his goal, working to grow his Twitter account - trying to find the perfect balance between original content and reposts. He’s not afraid to take on new projects despite a series of failures. It instantly brings to mind that familiar image many of us have seen: two prospectors digging toward diamonds - one gives up just inches from the treasure, while the other keeps digging. I’m confident that rndmtr will be the latter - the one who, through hard work and persistence, achieves great things. If something isn’t working out for you, just look at him - and don’t give up.

Today I woke up with one thought: “Uniqueness is the key that opens many doors.” This is his phrase, and it reflects his inner world. He does not recognize templates but creates his own unique paths; he does not go around difficulties but turns them into steps to success. He combines curiosity with discipline, enthusiasm with results, and ideas with action. We have a dozen common projects, and we cross paths from time to time. It is interesting to discuss projects with him - he always brings clarity and fresh ideas. His approach inspires movement forward, and his advice helps to find solutions even where it seems there are none. It is always pleasant to talk with him and work on the same team.
