"Epileptic's horror"
I saw OSF back in November 2022, right when NFT volumes were calming down after the giga 2021 boom. Their work popped up in a niche Discord group focused on generative animation, and I was immediately drawn to a looping block of “glitch waves” that felt alive. It wasn’t flashy, just hypnotic, and actually made me look twice at what 'motion art' could even mean.
One of his art posts that I remember today was - where he shared a behind-the-scenes timelapse of building the shader layers, annotated with rough sketches and hand-drawn notes. It made the whole process feel alive, messy and beautiful all at once, like watching an artist in their studio. That everyday "life" made me realize this was not just “another web3 user”, it was someone you could be inspired by.
