Such reviews are usually not considered as helpful by ethos community who consider those as spammy and down vote them / leave for reviewer negative review. What can help? 1. Wrote derailed review in language you feel comfortable with (even if not English). 2. Try to add reasons in your review that why you think so? Example you review positively a project, add example why you think so? 3. Avoid AI written reviews as those are also not liked 4. Avoid leaving reviews to profiles you dont know so that you may review more better. 5. Just if it helps, profiles which come in daily task, yoy dont necessarily need to leave them a review.
