"The silent builder, irreplaceable."
In Web3, there are people who don't need to say much, but everyone in the industry knows them – Shi is one of them.
I first saw her appear in threads about Succinct, and then again at SuiPlay – I started to notice how she contributes: quietly, persistently, and extremely meticulously. No showboating, no need to "shout alpha," but her insights are always deep, on point, and directional.
The thing I appreciate most about Shi is that she has both the mindset of a builder and the overview of someone working on the ecosystem. Whether the project is small or in the testnet phase, she still takes the time to share, explain, and connect people in the right direction.
There were times when I asked her about the technical flow of Succinct, thinking it would be difficult to understand, but she explained it so easily and understandably. And from then on, I knew: this is the kind of OG who only needs to appear once to leave a mark in the community's heart.
