Shinji seriously impresses me every day. One of the hardest workers in this space, documenting his success/failures on a daily basis. Nobody wants him to win more than me. He has an amazing story, and is showing up daily, contributing to discords and being a TRUE friend to everyone. Grateful to call this man my friend
