Ozark is a very active guy, I've had a lot of interactions with him through the months (years even maybe?) and he always brings something more on the table.
Ozark is really pasion about crypto, especially prediction markets like Kalshi, Poly and others. He doesnt skip anything, do all that kind of activities , no matter is it "useless" whitelists or testnets.
