In the era of info-fi berachain rewarded their testers handosmely. It was my first biggest break-through in the web3, Berachain gave me hope that you can be successful in web3. I tested berachain for a year and ended up getting 12k USD on TGE, NFTs were booming, and the apy was too sweet. Sure there were a lot of backlash on TGE, that happens with every project, but everyone I knew made good money. at the moment though berachain isn't doing that well, be it the token price or the TVL, but then again it's the case with most protocol right now because we're in a bear market, pretty sure when the market bounces back berachain and smokey will do the same.

I've followed along on the berachain journey for a few years now and have grown to appreciate Smokey's leadership. He is active within the community, communicates consistently, and has handled various situations with transparency. In a space like this, his approach is a breath of fresh air, and part of the reason why I spend so much time within the ecosystem.

He and his team farmed Testnet users for months and then ignored them completely during allocation. Instead they allocated that to influencers and Kaito yappers who never used their product

Smokey is one of the co-founders of Berachain. He communicates well and is transparent. Nothing gets past him and keeps an eye on all things bera related on the timeline. He promotes positivity, and inclusivity. He is also Chipotle's most loyal customer.

So much respect for how this guy shitposts and built a successful cult following for Berachain. Also definitely a DeFi OG coming from OlympusDAO. Looking forward to see more cool stuff coming from Bera eco.
