I started using Ethos a few days ago without any big expectations. I just wanted to check it out. At first I was not fully sure what to do. I spent some time clicking around and slowly it started to make sense. Now it feels pretty normal to use. I can get things done without getting confused much. It is simple and not too much on the screen. Nothing fancy but it works fine for me right now.
