I met Phil on Discord, and we've been talking a lot since then on the French forum of the CELO project. Very quickly, he established himself as a true builder, involved and passionate about the ecosystem. His contributions are always relevant, you can feel a real technical understanding and a sincere desire to contribute in the long term. Never the last to do quests on Layer3.
