Finally, finally, finally. I finally get to enjoy reviewing one of my longest and best web3 friends. And how do you review someone you've taken to your heart for so long? Can you remain objective here? And should you? Reviews are always subjective - especially when it comes to people. And although I could write a lot of anecdotes, impressions and experiences here, I try to concentrate on the essentials. Perhaps the best community manager you can imagine and whom I have met personally. His interpersonal skills are unbeatable. He takes everyone seriously and has fun with everyone. Events and streams are his passion and this is transferred to the entire community. His ability to stay cool is particularly noteworthy - especially when things get stressful. He had his masterpiece at Mittaria. An absolute success. And then came the accolade. Marketing at qiibee. He really managed to make it to the top league and put his stamp on a serious company with real benefits and a business model. I take my hat off and have the greatest respect.

Met him in some random project couple years ago, that project didn't do much , but our friendship and bond went full on, he guided me through everything, we dont chat on daily basis, but we know that we have got each other's back , from mittaria to surgence to Qeebbii and we keep growing and we getting stronger each day, he is one of the best of the best person, super down to earth and he knows how to deal with people inside out ,one of the best community manager and project handler you will ever find. I am proud that I know him and he is there for me when I need him.

Nox is one if the great Community Manager in space. He is an amazing builder with friendly nature and good attitude. Really love to see how he manage his community and all his time builder in space.

Heard of NOX from a friend when i was looking for a mod job. He told me, learn about NOX and then you can look for a job like that. He is a web3 OG and even tho he has a huge name and has an undeniable impact on web3 space, he is very friendly,approachable and always welcome to help! Glad to finally meet him after some years of having some close common connections. He is the definition of Builder.

Few can compete with NØX. He is one of the most genuine, hard-working people I know, and always shows up. He has the ability to block out noise and keep looking for solutions like few others. This is the kind of builder needed in Web3. I am very proud of having him as a top member of Surgence, where we have grown together for a few years. Thank you for all the value you have provided for both Surgence and Web3 in general! Let's keep pushing!

I can only drop a handful of names in web3 that I would faithfully recommend to reputable companies/projects and Nox is without a doubt one of them. He's not only a super hard working person, putting everything into making his work meaningful and admirable, he's also a heartwarming, kind and trustful person overall. Been through his times with Mittaria, now with Qiibee and the community management skills he's demonstrated are irreplaceable.

I've seen this guy have to deal with some nightmares, but honestly he handles them so well and shows what true composure and compassion is all about!
