I met Mohit through some mutual friends, since then we became good friends. One thing i must say about him, he have got some humor. He can make you laugh and be nice to you at the same time. I worked with Mohit recently and overall experience was very nice. He understand things quickly and always try to help without making it complicated. Sometimes there were small delays but communication was honest and clear. I liked how he focus on solution instead of excuses. He listen properly and give feedback in simple way which makes work smooth. You can feel he care about quality and long term result. Not perfect but very reliable person.
