Ira

Ira is an amazing girl I know in real life. We first met in the Discord chat of the Berachain project under pretty funny circumstances. From the first messages, it was clear she has a great sense of humor and can keep any conversation going. We spent a lot of time together in the chats of Berachain and Morph projects, as well as in voice chats until early morning. I’ll also always remember the fun and heartfelt poker games we played. I’m really glad I got to meet her.

We met a long time ago, but we only started actively communicating about 4 months ago on Discord. That’s where our friendship truly began. I follow Iraia on Twitter, and I really admire the work she creates for different projects. I like her for her creativity, communicativeness, and cheerful personality. Iraia is well respected among her friends, always ready to support others and help whenever needed. She is a genuinely sincere and inspiring person who knows how to spread positivity both through her ideas and through the way she treats people.

When I first saw this nickname - "Ira" in the chat, she behaved not like a person who entered this chat for the first time, but like someone who completely owns it and knows everyone in it)) Ira always brings positivity and assets wherever she is; she's a person who, even in her worst mood, is simply a source of positivity, jokes, and a cool vibe. Whatever the topic of conversation, be it scams, infogypsy Gnat, energy practices, delicious gin cocktails, or future prospects of Berachain, Ira felt like a fish in water) This is the type of person who, when communicating with them, you understand that they are always one step ahead of you. Therefore, if you do not know how to play verbal chess well and be 3 steps ahead of the interlocutor, then you will invariably be captivated by Ira's charisma from the first minutes of your communication and are unlikely to be able to get out of there, so be careful)

I met Ira in one of the project chats, namely in LYS Labs. She has a special kind of energy wherever Ira appears, there’s always life, movement, jokes, and somehow everything starts working better. She knows how to combine lightness and seriousness, she can chat cheerfully, spice up the conversation with some IRL content. I’d also like to highlight her unique approach to posts on X she often complements them with hand-drawn illustrations. By the way, she’s exactly the person who kept the whole activity alive in the LYS Labs chat during the early days of the server. You can clearly see how much she puts into what she does, how she supports others, helps both with words and actions. She genuinely cares about the people she works with, and you can feel that.

I met Ira back in 2024 during the Berachain project, and honestly, I had no idea that meeting her would turn into such a great connection. She immediately stood out - always smiling, full of energy, charismatic, and constantly on the move. Ira isn’t just someone who joins a project - she brings it to life. After Berachain, we kept crossing paths in other projects, and I realized one thing: wherever Ira shows up, it’s never boring. There’s always laughter, creativity, and this amazing sense of drive that spreads to everyone around her. She knows how to lift the mood, inspire ideas, and turn chaos into movement. When we started working together, I got to see another side of her - focused, determined, and full of ambition. She’s always chasing new ideas, new goals, and new opportunities. And the best part? She actually makes them happen. With Ira, it’s impossible to stay still - her energy makes you want to grow, to create, to do more. She’s the kind of person every team needs: supportive, proactive, and endlessly positive. Whether it’s brainstorming or problem-solving, she brings a spark that changes the whole atmosphere. Simply put, Ira is energy, creativity, and drive all in one person. Working or just being around her turns any ordinary day into something special. I’m genuinely glad we met - because life (and work) has been a lot brighter since.

What started... The meeting with this girl took place quite a long time ago. The circumstances of the acquaintance are just a fairy tale. Intrigues. Scandals. Investigations. Everything as we like. Despite this, we were able to become serious friends with this girl. Spoiler, and become drinking buddies at a distance :D This girl has many talents. She can paint very well, mostly with watercolors, and attract incredible attention to her works. They are phenomenal. You should have seen her "Malechiv square" - an oil painting.. OH MY GOD, my eye is still twitching.. This lady is seriously talented. Speaking of jokes. She has a wonderful sense of humor. Ira is laughing. I never understood how two people from any delusional state could laugh. I got this impression with her. When we meet in a chat, it's like 2 hyenas. You can talk to her on any topic, have a discussion, spar, whatever. Here's the mood. But at the same time, it doesn't prevent her from continuing to be as pleasant in communication, to have her own views on things and simply to remain a person. Being in the company of such an energizer is a pleasure. I know that during the extreme events our communication has changed a little, but whatever happens there, it does not change the attitude towards you at all. It remains the same. If you have a desire, run over, don't forget HOFFMANN (Family) And you don't abandon family.

I always remember Irina only from the positive side. she is probably always in a good mood and seems to always be in the chat to communicate and help new users.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Iryna across several projects at once, and I was especially lucky to be on the same team with her during the Neftit Quest on the Discord server. I’m proud of our friendship and often remember how smoothly we worked together to win the artists’ contest. Iryna’s creative ideas and unique artistic style always inspire me. What amazes me even more is her dedication - she can paint three artworks in a single night just to meet a deadline. Truly impressive! You’re a star, Iryna.
