I met Meng Ge in Monad. He is an elder in the community, always active on Telegram helping newcomers and maintaining community order. Meng Ge often says, "We are all here to better serve everyone. Here, management is just being a service worker." Whether it's community events or testnets, the administrators are more focused on ensuring everyone has a better experience. I couldn't help but ask him, no matter what time I log on, Meng Ge is always online. Has he really evolved past needing sleep? Meng Ge jokingly replied that he always manages to get 8 hours of sleep a day, no matter how he pieces it together. After the testnet went live, he often appeared in Meng Ge's regularly held Spaces, and I greatly admire his communication and interaction skills. I was also fortunate enough to be invited to answer questions from new members together. Meng Ge is also a master at controlling the pace of activities.

In the monad community, Dream is the best mod I've ever seen. His patience, enthusiasm, and fairness influence everyone in the community.

Dream is a hardworking and dedicated friend from China that I met through the Monad community. He holds a MON role and is super active across Discord, Telegram, and even hosts Twitter Spaces from time to time. He’s always contributing and supporting the community in meaningful ways. Outside of Web3, Dream also knows how to have fun,he enjoys playing PUBG and often streams his gameplay on Discord A real one in the Monad fam!

I first met him through Monad, and from the very beginning it was clear that he is always full of passion for the community, bringing remarkable energy and dedication to everything he does. He leads the Mandarin community within Monad and plays a key role in keeping it vibrant and active. He has a true talent for participating in community events with unwavering dedication and taking the lead in energizing those around him. His efforts have inspired many members to get more involved and to feel a genuine sense of belonging. He also consistently creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the Monad community, making everyone feel included. In addition, his X (Twitter) account is extremely popular, showcasing his influence and his ability to connect with people far beyond the community itself. With his stoic, kind, and humble personality, he is deeply loved and respected by everyone.

I have known Dream for long time now and first time I met him was in Monad discord. He is helpful, nice and constantly helpful towards community and newbies. I saw him so many times giving advice or helping hand.

He helps manage the Mandarin Telegram group and is always eager to support others and keep the community active and welcoming. Many Mandarin members look up to him and trust him because of his consistent help and positive attitude. He also regularly visits the General channel and interacts with many people, so he’s well-known throughout the Monad community. On Twitter, he’s extremely active, sharing Monad updates and engaging with many others. He really helps connect people and spread good energy in the community. I feel very lucky to have met Dream through Monad. He’s a kind, dedicated person, and I’m grateful to have him as a friend and fellow community member!
