I know Rusty from MVHQ. He has been part of the group for a few years now. Can confirm he is a certified chad. Selflessly dropping actionable alpha and excellent web3 takes/insights on a consistent basis. Extremely well-rounded as he can be found dropping knowledge in many different channels withing MVHQ. Always a positive influence on the community.
Rusty has been in MVHQ for a while now and I remember him most from our trauma in playing HV-MTLs. (That alone makes him a true grinder lol) and he contributes information regularly to the MVHQ.
We share multiple groups and communities, have always known him to be an upstanding citizen of more private communities - and he's always around to provide some feedback or ask questions about Ethos, which I value immensely :)
