Sed

I first met Sed in the Aethir Discord about a year ago and quickly saw how naturally he understands complex systems. When someone asks for help, he explains things simply, without any show or rush. He is always present during events, often among the top performers, and brings fresh energy into every discussion. What stands out most is his quiet precision, as he teaches through clarity, and that makes him one of the most grounded people in the Web3 space.

I would like to say a few words about a reliable friend and interesting conversationalist. We grew up in the same building and went to the same school. Sed is clear and punctual. He pulls the team through where others give up halfway. His determination helps bring things to completion. If you need to hold a meeting organize an event or get together for some activity he always takes on the role of organizer and does everything as best as possible. Ask someone when the event will take place, and they will immediately tell you to ask Sed, because he knows everything. Sed isn’t just reliable тhe’s the gravitational center of any group. He’s the one who turns vague ideas into concrete plans, and then makes sure those plans actually happen. Need a venue? Sed already has three options. Need a guest list? Sed’s got it sorted, color-coded, and cross-referenced. He held the flowers at my wedding. And played the accordion at the disco.

In the web3 world, especially in the Discords of various projects, you meet a lot of people. Some stay only for a few short messages, and with others something more arises, a real connection that turns into friendship. That's exactly what happened when I first met SED in the Discord of the Aethir project. From our first conversations, I felt that this guy is not one of those who just passes by. He has an energy that charges. Positive, open, a true enthusiast of his work - SED immediately inspired trust and respect. It is clear that he lives life to the fullest, has many interests and is not afraid to challenge himself. This guy doesn't just "travel", he seeks adventure. Mountains, cities, new people, all this is his element. It's not scary to go on even the most unexpected hike with him, because next to SED, any journey turns into a story that you want to tell. I also want to mention that he LOVES watching anime and reading. I probably haven't met a person who reads so much. Because nowadays very few people read. But SED is an exception. And I'm silent about Anime in general, I guess I've watched everything! SED is the type of person who energizes those around him, inspires to move forward and proves that web3 is not only about technologies, but also about the people who create them.

I invited this guy to Ethos and had to say a few words... Known him for a couple of years now - super smart and always learning something new. he reads a ton of books, articles, you name it. Knows a bit about everything, and somehow always has the right take. He’s one of the most positive dudes around - and yeah, total anime enjoyer haha.

We have known each other for a long time, more than a year. Like many others, we first met in the chat of the Aethir project, then he had the nickname Saitama. Later, in the third season, he became simply Sed. Now we have started to communicate much closer. I know that he is fond of anime, has a wide range of interests and is constantly interested in something new. He has that curiosity about the world that is rarely found – he can study a topic for hours until he understands every detail. And what is most interesting, he does not keep this knowledge to himself, but always shares it with others. He never gets tired of explaining to me complex things that, to be honest, sometimes I don’t even want to understand. But he still manages to present it so simply and logically that even through reluctance I still understand. This is, without exaggeration, a talent. If he were a teacher, he would be very successful, his lessons would be not only useful, but also fascinating. However, even in the crypto world, he uses this talent to the fullest: he explains mechanics, analyzes tokenomics, finds logic where others see chaos. His approach is always systematic and calm, which saves the team in the most heated moments. And he also has a great sense of humor. We often laugh while completing tasks in projects, and it is thanks to people like Sed that even routine tasks turn into a pleasant process.
