"The story of a young man's struggle|Suu"
I first met Suu in Monad's Chogstar group. At the time, he was still a newbie, not saying much, but with a serious look in his eyes. We really got to know each other in T1—the autonomous community we built ourselves. From then on, he became my "younger brother" in the guild, working hard together.
T1 has no boss and no KPIs, relying entirely on everyone's voluntary hard work, and Suu is always the kind of person who silently does things to the best of his ability. He doesn't steal the spotlight, but he can always write content with ideas and maintain a fast and steady pace. Even at three in the morning, when someone shouts in the group "Let's go!", he's either executing or organizing battle reports.
His spirit of "doing things when there's something to do, and learning when there's nothing to do" is really touching. Sometimes I jokingly say, "Suu is our T1's diligent little tank," not noisy, but when he starts working, no one can catch up.
What I admire most is that he never gets arrogant. Whether it's competing for rankings, collaborating, or creating content, he takes every opportunity seriously. You can clearly see him getting stronger step by step, from being an executor at the beginning to slowly growing into a builder who can stand alone.
Isn't this the kind of person Web3 needs? Down-to-earth, willing to work hard, with execution and vision. When he leads his own project one day, you'll know—this young man who came out of the T1 guild is definitely a ruthless character.
