I don't personally know Kaiser, but I am specifically writing this review to commend them for their great perspective on slashes. And their courage to push back against the mob. In my opinion, a hurdle Ethos needs to overcome are lazy, insufficient slashes. Even when the slasher is correct, we need to ensure that evidence and proof is brought in the slash as well. Innocent until proven guilty. Otherwise, it becomes a very slippery slope where the accused is deemed guilty nearly automatically, just because. Kaiser brings rigour and consistency, even when unpopular. In two recent slashes they have specifically pushed back on the slasher for lack of evidence. I believe this is something that, if not fixed, is a huge risk to Ethos. And the true way it gets fixed is the community enforcing quality upon itself and its members. Kaiser is doing exactly this. Ethos is lucky to have contributors like them.

I got to know Kaiser few weeks ago through a short interaction on X. We became mutuals and I became a regular on his page because of the way he tweets and comments on posts. Kaiser gives great insights on crypto posts, as expected of someone who has been an active contributor since the zksync era (a true OG, fr) His bio reads that he's a fullstack dev so naturally, one would expect some 'difficult to understand, technical' tweets. However, his tweets are easily understandable with a very human side. You can visualize the person behind the tweets. His page is a really good blend of crypto hardcore, crypto memes and regular daily life (once in a while)

I don't exaggerate if I describe Kaiser as someone who has deep knowledge of not just web3 space but life in general. He is maybe still unnoticed but trust me, he is growing fast and will be soon everywhere on timelines. Personally I am glad that we started following each other months ago. Learned a lot from him even as a seasoned crypto enthusiast. I will gladly continue to engage with his content.

I remember early days on ZKSync when I met Kaiser, he was very helpful every time I needed.

Kaiser is a zksync og who is participating in zksync community program which means he is well versed in zk tek and discord community building ofc he has a matey role which is not high as mine (I'm a captain, always ready to go in open sea lol) but still he's a good player and web3 contributor just check his twitter to make sure how true is that and zkgm for sure!!
