"Superphiz - The Crypto Bro's Guidance Counsellor"

Superphiz embodies the ethos of the Ethereum blockchain. He is a tireless advocate for decentralization, permissionless innovation, and censorship resistance; he is committed to principles of transparency and trust; and he is a good person whose actions speak louder than my words, and whose humility and collaborative spirit leave lasting impressions on users, both new and old. Further, he always provides a good discussion, and a good laugh. He has also of his own accord, without fanfare, unsolicited, donated to my charitable causes; for example, through contributions to cancer-related fundraising. For this I will always be grateful and appreciative. But perhaps the best of Phiz's quality is his knack for taking the community temperature, appearing when he needs to and where he needs to, and dropping a bit of knowledge and guidance for those who listen, and for those who should. We need more people like Phiz in our community. True leadership is measured by heart, not hype.
