"Little effort in giving reviews"

Chanced upon Charles's profile while I was reviewing other users. After a quick run through, I noticed the reviews he gave out are generally one liners with no addtional context or information, some of it are totally meaningless as well. I'm leaving him a neutral review for now, hopefully he'll take Ethos more seriously and put in more effort into his reviews in the forseeable future.
