"Related to a sybil network / fake giveaways / vote manipulation in the slash-round"

The reasons for my negative review are multiple and irrefutable. This user is part of a sybil network. The connection is confirmed on-chain and through several positive reviews in both directions, involving accounts belonging to sybils / Posting sybil-addr on X. While defending himself in the slash round, he explicitly states that the sybil network operator is [his friend](https://app.ethos.network/activity/slash/425?replyId=68609). Zankar has received positive reviews from the sybil network operator, supported them, and also written positive reviews in return to sybil network accounts. This user has been caught faking giveaways in which he himself was the winner, and the giveaway was organized by his "friend" - a sybil who directly asks him to leave his address in the comments under the post (Zankar himself provided this evidence in an attempt to distance himself from his connection to the sybil network) Currently, voting is underway in the slash-round, and Zankar - in addition to using third-party software to reveal the voting results - is [motivating others](https://ghostarchive.org/archive/Y4MSd), including validators, to vote in his defense through manipulation and by appealing to the opinion of the Ethos founder.
