"New prediction market"

It may seem yet the another prediction market, but they are building on Coinbase, therefore they surely have some pretty cool contacts with the Base team. It will be interesting if they really manage to create a fully decentralized prediction market as they boast, available globally and not only for US citizens. In the meantime, it is yet another more-of-the-same, therefore a neutral review while waiting for further development on their side.
