I got to know Ethan through the Fermah community․ And honestly the way he runs things is super solid․ He is head of community but still finds time to reply in chats help people out explain stuff․ No one gets ignored even when it is busy․ Respect for that for real․ What I like is how calm and clear he is․ No chaos everything feels under control․ You can always get a straight answer and normal conversation without any weird distance․ Just a chill guy who knows what he is doing․ You can tell he has real experience in this space․ He understands people communities and how to keep everything moving without extra noise․ Just doing his thing and doing it right․ A real one doing real work behind the scenes
