"Unexpected Neighbour"

I have met Arter for a while now in the web3 space, he's a loyal, respected community member from all different communities. 2 years ago he went to NFT paris and so did i to meet up with the plague family. Turned out we were living 5 minutes away from each other in the same city. This was a suprise for us that we've probably seen each other in the supermarket but never knew that we knew each other in web3. Having met him in real life aswell i can confirm he's a great person, not only in web3 but also in web2. Arter is supportive to everybody and very active in the web3 space.
