His leadership charisma needs to be studied. We're in some communities together where he's leading, everyone there usually speaking of his good leadership and zero selfishness. I like him for the fact that he carries his subordinates along in everything he's doing. He leads with consciousness and readiness to serve his followers. Sometimes, he seeks some advice, most especially from me, before taking an action. He doesn't see himself as leader
