"Discord Ban evasion"

After Rahul was banned from our Discord he has been messaging support multiple times asking to get unbanned. We tried to make it clear to him that he won't be unbanned. Apparently he thought he was being smart by removing his old Discord from his Ethos profile and link a different one to get back into the Discord. This kind of behavior definitely won't increase your chances to be unbanned. First of all I was not trying to act smart. I’m well aware that everything can be tracked. I’ve been working in Web3 for around 5 years, so I understand how these systems work. Yes I agree with your statement messaged for support many time but you didn't understood why? I asked for a clear reason on dc banned. Serpin said to me as fake OMG for what? Who have right to decide who is fake or real. I think only God can decide but Serpin think he can. Come to the main topic: What I was trying to understand, the reason behind the ban. Did I personally attack someone, use abusive language, or break any clear rule? If I did something wrong, a warning or explanation would have been fair. Directly banning someone without any prior warning doesn’t feel like a healthy way to treat community members. The way I was treated honestly felt more like someone taking out frustration rather than handling the situation professionally.
