"This user is fishy"

Almost all of his reviews of other people are about Ethos, it seems he's just reviewing random Ethos users so he can say he's active here. He's like a bot that repeats the reviews to people and what he says is pointless and not related to the user he's reviewing. Seems fishy tho.
