I did not know Rahul personally. We were just part of the same community space. One day, there was a small misunderstanding between a few people. The conversation was slowly turning negative. Most people were either silent or adding more heat to it. Rahul did something different. He stepped in calmly and wrote a simple message to clear the confusion. No blaming, no taking sides.
