"Driving Base Forward in Ireland & Beyond"

I had the chance to meet Evan, Base Country Lead for Ireland, at Basecamp and he left an impression. He's not just representing Base...he genuinely believes in the vision. Base had him assigned to me at one point to help with building and he was helpful, ready to provide the tools and direction. Evan pushes the vision while listening to builders. Balance matters. It's easy to talk about scaling, harder to show up and support those doing the building. He is definitely a great advocate for Base and a cool guy.
