"Always loud, never helpful"

Dealing with this guy feels like that one person in a group chat who talks nonstop but never actually helps solve anything. There’s always some drama, some argument, or some story about how everyone else is wrong. Simple conversations somehow turn into long, exhausting back and forths, and in the end nothing useful comes out of it. What makes it worse is the constant playing the victim routine whenever things don’t go his way. Instead of owning mistakes or moving on, it just becomes more noise and more chaos. Honestly, interacting with him feels like wasted time lots of talk, zero reliability.
