some people take roles for status. others take responsibility. i met him during the 0glabs project. what started as community chats turned into real friendship. he is a moderator, but not the silent badge holder type. he is active. present. always watching the flow of things. what stands out most is how he treats newcomers. no ego. no gatekeeping. he answers questions patiently. guides them through basics. makes sure no one feels lost. being a mod isn’t about power. its about service. and he understands that. hardworking. consistent. genuinely helpful. communities grow because of people like him. not because of hype. but because someone is always there to help.
