I have known Pansky since the IRYS Discord, and the first interactions with her left the strongest impression due to her naturalness. Harmless, considerate, and ever-present. She does not make an attempt to take the room over but somehow her words always sink. It can be in the Discord chats or X Spaces discussing the alphas and airdrops, but she brings this constant energy that makes people listen. Her most admirable feature is the encouragement she gives me. She sees the attempts that people make and picks them up and gives them room to shine. I can say Web3 becomes a bit less heavy and less human with such people in it as Pansky.
