I've been following Molly on Twitter for some time now, and we often cross paths on Discord, and he's just the kind of person who's a pleasure to deal with. He calmly jumps into project activities, without any fuss, just does his part and can offer advice if anyone needs help. He's easy to talk to in chat, responds like a normal person, and doesn't act cold, so it feels like he's a normal teammate, not some random stranger from the internet. Overall, he's a very reasonable and reliable guy, and I'm really glad we met on that project and are still in touch
