"Always there when you need him"

I met Mayank through a few mutual friends and we became close really quickly. But it was only recently I saw the kind of person he is. I mentioned I was dealing with a small issue and without me even asking, he reached out right away to check on me. It may have seemed like a simple gesture but it revealed a lot about his character. Not everyone shows up like that, especially when nothing is expected of them. Not easy to find a friend like him here.
