"It's time to retire"

Kickz is in the news again and it's clear his score is too high for what it is. He should be clearly marked as "Questionable" and I feel like we have a bit of a miss right now in the scoring that he's considered neutral. That's why I'm adding this negative review - well worth avoiding him.
