Kingsley just works different, you can see it in the way he shows up early, stays focused, and still pushes hard when everyone else is already slowing down. His work rate isn’t loud it’s just consistent, and that’s what makes it stand out so much.He doesn’t wait around to be told what to do. he already knows and gets on with it, taking pride in doing things properly. Even on off days when things don’t go exactly righ he still gives his best with no real excuses and that kind of effort is hard to teach honestly, you either have it or you dont and Kingsley clearly does.
