I've seen him pun on his cowboy hat for a few projects, throw the lasso, catch them and adopt those projects really beautifully :) I see Ilhan as someone who, in an environment he trusts, can both adapt really well to in and put in serious effort to help it grow. İlhan has a lot of experience and that experience will lead him to success.
