I only recently met him, so I dont know much about his previous interactions or involvement. However, my initial impression was that he was very polite and courteous in his communication, offering me several projects that I found quite interesting and interesting. His explanations were clear, his demeanor relaxed, and he seemed to respect my perspective. This made the interaction feel comfortable, even though we hadn't known each other for long.
