I’ve learned so much from nrizalf14 about what actually goes into keeping a community alive. he basically coached me on the whole CM and moderator side of things, showing me how to handle a Discord server so it doesn't just feel like a ghost town or a spam-fest. He has this knack for making people feel comfortable and keeping the conversation flowing naturally, and honestly, seeing how he manages projects has completely changed my perspective on what it takes to build a space where people actually want to hang out
