He is Khafid, one of the admins or moderators in a community called Valuble and S.A.D. He likes to help and guide people who have difficulty doing airdrop tasks. He also quite often shares tips on how to do airdrop tasks correctly. He is also quite active in sharing airdrop tasks to other community friends.
