I first met citter on the Rialo Discord server. He is one of the owners of the Rialo club member role there. Lately, he has been very active in the regional Discord voice channel, and also shares several articles on his X account. He also often shares tips about prompting to other members. You could say he's one of the most unique friends I've ever met.
