Finally had the pleasure of interacting with ben, who is the cto/cofounder of ethos, as i always get to interact with serp who is more forward facing. All I can say is wow, thank you ben for the prompt support, the kind approach, and the moral support on dealing with the crap I was dealing with. Came up with a custom cool solution super quickly and went above and beyond. Really appreciate the help mate!
