I had the opportunity to be directly mentored by RAHARD on a Web3 NFT project based on Optimism, and the experience was truly memorable. He's not the type of mentor who just gives one-way directions, but always invites discussion and teaches how to think. His explanations are clear, coherent, and delivered in a relaxed language, so even technical material feels easy to understand. As a mentor, RAHARD has a broad and sharp perspective. He often provides insights on the Solana ecosystem, NFT structure, and even how to view problems from both a technical and strategic perspective. Most importantly, he never makes us feel left behind; instead, he always encourages us to be more confident and dare to explore ideas.
