"Invited an obvious sybil account"

This user contacted me via DM and said, I'm quoting them: "I will definitely use it, sir, I really like the ethos and I want to be there." I told them I wouldn't give it to them if they weren't going to actively use it, but they wrote that they really wanted it. I then asked: "I'll give it to you if you're going to be active and use it like a real user; otherwise, we don't want Sybil users among us."
